Wade Easton - President
Beginning in 1996, Wade started buying both residential and multifamily properties in Denver, Colorado. Since then, he has been involved in the purchase, rehab, reconfiguration, and construction of over 1800 units consisting primarily of mobile home communities throughout the State of Texas. Having operated in all 4 metroplexes in Texas, Wade has gained an understanding of various operations and how to maximize a property’s potential. To accomplish this goal, Wade explores new avenues to generate additional revenue and untapped possibilities that someone with less experience might otherwise miss.

AK&B, Inc. has been in Property Management for over 27 years operating in all 4 metroplexes in Texas for the sole purpose of managing closely held assets. With 8 current properties under management, AK&B Inc strives to provide a clean and safe environment for all tenants and homeowners. We take pride in ensuring that the individual properties are maintained not only at a management level, but at an individual space level including but not limited to landscaping and community standards of home upkeep.
AK&B, Inc. works to provide competitive and fair market rental fees while offering discounts for paying online which decreases our labor overhead. The managing members of AK&B, Inc. are personally involved in day to day operations. Wade and Marina Easton oversee all property aspects and are involved with all of the tenants. Tara Gilmore is on hand to assist with the daily office operations. In addition to our managing members, we have maintenance staff available as well as a variety of non-employed vendors for on-site maintenance issues. We also employ on-site managers to assist with daily operations within each of our communities.
